ICT in Schools Conference – World Class ICT for Norfolk Learners 24th and or 25th March 2010This years ICT in Schools Conference – World Class ICT for Norfolk Learners 24th and or 25th March 2010 at John Innes Conference Centre will be hosted by Helen McDermott the well known announcer and newsreader of the nightly news magazine show, 'About Anglia' which was broadcast from the 1980's to 2001. During which time Helen's friendly easy–going style endeared her to thousands of viewers across East Anglia.
Today she is a director of 99.9 fm Radio Norwich, the city's newest radio station, which took to the air in the summer of 2006. Helen appears on air as the station's Community Editor.
Helen has turned her broadcasting experience to good use lately by running media experience workshops for children in their school holidays. Her latest broadcasting venture is the establishment and development of 'Grass Roots', which plans a brand new TV station for Norfolk and Norwich.

Fronter Administrator Help SheetsNew help sheets for the Fronter VLE/MLE have been released to help those members of staff who are using Fronter to administer their Fronter school building and setup teaching and learning for their Local Operational Partnership (LOP).
Fronter has produced a help document to guide school fronter administrators through the tasks which will ensure their fronter school building is managed correctly and effectively. The document has been uploaded to the Fronter Admin Training room at this location;

A Fronter building has been created for each Local Operational Partnership (LOP) in which groups and rooms can be created to allow teachers and students to collaborate within their LOP. A new helpsheet has been uploaded to the Fronter Admin training Room explaining how to manage your LOP fronter building at this location;
