Relocation of IT Equipment to Norwich

Norfolk County Council is working with BT to significantly improve the network service which provides Internet services to schools.

As we have already indicated there will be a further period of unavailability on Friday 26th August 2011 to enable the works to be completed.

This date has been chosen to ensure we cause limited impact on schools and avoid the exam result period.

To enable testing to take place of the processes to be used when the work is carried out at the end of August the network will also be unavailable on Monday 8th August 2011, between 18:00hrs and 20:00hrs.
