Google Vault

Google have added Google Vault to be included as part of the Google for Education package.  This will ensure compliance with retention and archiving of Google emails and Drive documents for your School with the retention period currently set at 10 years.  Vault is entirely web-based, so there's no need to install or maintain any software, this will all be managed as part of your Google email provision.

Unfortunately as part of this implementation Google NSIX emails over a year old were accidently deleted.  We are currently in the process of restoring these to your accounts and this should be fully restored by the end of next week.   This has only affected emails and not any documents stored in your Google Drive.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are working to restore these as quick as possible.
