This work will require the power to be switched off so all data, web and application servers based at County Hall will be unavailable while this work is carried out. Services Affected: All school systems which are provided via your schools broadband connection such as Internet access, Generic email accounts - head@ & office@ (including Outlook web access), google mail, websites, SIMS, espresso, Avco Anycomms, Remote Backup etc. Several websites will also not be available while the work is carried out including : NCC Public website (www.norfolk.gov.uk) Norfolk Schools website (www.schoools.norfolk.gov.uk) Schools PeopleNet (www.schoolspeoplenet.norfolk.gov.uk) ICT Shared Services (www.ict.norfolk.gov.uk) Services Not Affected: Local school systems which are not reliant on the internet When: Friday 26 June 2015 from 17:00 to Sunday 28 June 2015 What you need to do: You may wish to communicate this with your staff.
