Updata Schools Connectivity Services

All schools should have received their individual proposals and letters from Updata. Between Updata and ICT Shared Services we have visited or met with heads and representatives of approximately 200 schools during the last 5 weeks.

Norfolk S4S Services for Schools portal is now being updated with the full terms and conditions, schools’ service description with service level agreements, performance indicators and service credits. This should be completed by tomorrow 09/02/16. Copies on request in the meantime by emailing ictcontractsteam@norfolk.gov.uk.
