TelephonyIf you receive a telephone call or fax from a telephone company who wish to make an appointment to change your telephone lines from analogue to digital free of charge, please contact Leah Fletcher on 01603 475605 before you agree to go ahead. Leah will assess the offer against ESPO contract alternatives on a value for money basis to ensure you have a full understanding of contract terms and recurring costs. This prevents any misunderstandings later which in some cases have had to be referred to NCC Legal Team.

ICT Solutions Service DeskWith effect from Monday 1st October the ICT Solutions Service desk will have an additional member of staff to assist with the increased support workload currently being experienced.
To further overcome this short fall we are hoping to appoint another Service Desk Co–ordinator in the foreseeable future. With increased demand from schools requesting support we are hoping that by implementing these changes and implementing other support tools that customer expectations and SLA targets can be maintained.
We are also investigating replacing our current telephone system with a more scalable and flexible system to meet increased demand.
Can we also remind you that telephoning ICT solutions is not the only way to obtain support assistance; the following methods are also available when trying to resolve an issue:–
- Log onto ICT Solutions website www.eficts.norfolk.gov.uk and search our knowledge base for the issue you are experiencing and possible resolution.
- Log a support call with ICT Solutions via www.eficts.norfolk.gov.uk
- Via facsimile 01603 475 624
Your feedback or questions are welcome, as we constantly strive to improve the level of service we provide to our customers. Please contact Andrew.white@norfolk.gov.uk
