Photocopier/ Duplicator Contracts

Please be aware of a company contacting schools called Riso. This company is not ESPO or Norfolk County Council approved. Riso are offering to buy out existing photocopier contracts, which is not cost effective for the school. Riso offer money to settle your existing contract but incorporate this into your new contract which will increase your payments. There are a number of companies offering this buy out arrangement but generally the outstanding debt is wrapped into the new contract with the effect of considerably increased sums over the contract period compared to approved contracts.

We have created a dedicated e1 support mailbox e1support@norfolk.gov.uk for queries / issues relating to the e1 school management system. This is available to use with immediate effect, and is additional to the telephone support, email to ICT Solutions mailbox and self service options currently available.
