HTTPS inspection certificate installation
HTTPS inspection is an integral part of schools' filtering and helps ensure that children are kept safe when online. To achieve this, a certificate needs to be installed on every device that is used in school and if you are supported by ICT Solutions, we attempt to push it out to all devices remotely. However, in some cases it may require manual installation.
You will typically know if you do not have the certificate installed as when you browse to each website you will be greeted by a message such as “Your connection is not private”.
